Shipping Policy

• Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Thursday ONLY. Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following business day. 
• Processing time takes takes up to 3 - 5 business days from your initial order date. 
• If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.
• Any package returned due to insufficient or incorrect address will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The Wicked Scent Co. is not responsible for any stolen packages after delivery of packages. 
• If you received an email that your package was delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact your local USPS Post Office.
• If your package is being held for pick-up at your local USPS Post Office, you can use your tracking link sent by The Wicked Scent Co. to retrieve your package.
