LANME: Sea Salt + Bergamot

LANME means “sea” in Haitian Creole. 

The country of Haiti has over 1,000 miles of pristine coastline teeming with thriving coastal towns like Jeremie, where my maternal side is from, and stretches of gorgeous beaches like Port Salut and Gelee where my family frequents on vacation. Palm trees, ethereally blue and green water and bone-white sand. That’s what you’ll find by the sea in Haiti. This candle represents the LANME of Haiti. 

A lush fragrance that evokes the lapping of the sea and the mixing of sand, salt, and sea breeze together. Top notes of lemon, orange, and fresh ozone give way to a heart of briny sea salt and a hint of jasmine, neroli, petitgrain, and bergamot. Powder, light musk and sandalwood balance the woody violet and cedar in the base.

Immerse yourself in the aromas of waves crashing onto a rocky coastline with a storm brewing in the distance.
